Rise and shine!

I have to admit, I really can't wake up in the morning, and I always want to start my day strong since lately I have very little energy. Here, I found something that might work. I just can't get myself to do it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you struggle to wake up for your morning workout, try my simple trick. To help jump-start your day, do the following as soon as the alarm goes off. Sit up in bed, and clap your hands strongly. With each breath you take, clap again. The palms of your hands have more nerve receptors than almost any other part of your body. Clapping them together creates a neurological jolt that literally stimulates your brain. With each clap, you’ll feel more and more awake. As soon as you feel alert, jump out of bed and stand up with good posture (shoulders back, chest out). This will activate your diaphragm – the muscle located directly below your lungs that helps you breathe and maximize oxygen intake. Take a deep breath, and jog in place. That will really get your heart pumping and get you ready for the day ahead. Trust me on this one. If you follow this simple technique, you’ll be out of bed and ready for your workout in no time.
